-This is everything except IE, because IE is so behind

-tell everyone to update their versions of Firefox today and follow the instructions on the site to disable IDN
-it allows for international characters to be embedded as codes in a URL
-so you embed the international code for the 'a' in paypal to make something like this p#2034ypal.com
-any browser with IDN support will interpret that as paypal
-it is a fundamental flaw in the IDN implementation
