I know there are some hardcore poker players here, and thought one of you would be interested in owning a Texas Hold'em Poker forum. I spent hours setting up the forum, doing the custom vBulletin design, and the forum categories. I implemented a URL search engine-friendly mod (see the clean URLs) that will be liked by Google, Yahoo, and such. :winkwink:

I've also completed a link exchange campaign with several PR5/PR6 poker-related sites, so you should see some Google PR relatively soon.

not trying to be a dick here, but all you did was set up the forum, did a very very simple card top skin logo, and bought a domain?

anyone could do what youve done for 200 bucks, so why would they pay you 400?

I didn't intend to build a site to sell (got caught up with too many things). But to answer your question, some people may just not have the time or skill needed to do such a forum.

Some people like something pre-made, with the occasional detail like the URL mod_rewrite (which was a tedious task considering the crude tutorial I was working with).

Its nicely set up.

Wait a month or two, lef traffic and members roll in. And sell for a bit more.
