It costs about $50 in Brazil (ADSL - 256kbps).

Is there any cap?

It's different from city to city.

I pay only $22 for 256kbps here, it's available for some buildings.

Mexico. I pay 75$ per month. Radio signal with 512 up and down, but we average in the 900 range.

Are your connections capped, e.g. are you limited to say 50 Gbs a month?

Fuck, that's much cheaper than South Africa!

My connection isn't capped. We have ADSL 256kbps in Sao Paulo and it costs about $50 like I said and it isn't capped, but it's capped for new installs (and faster too)

I pay $40 American dollars for 1 MB Broadband per month..

I pay $40 here for a 350kbps ADSL, and then there's 600kbps ADSL for $50 (not avaliable on my area).
