How much does something like that rent for?

yup it's not my style...... but I have been renting it out for 5 years now, and the people loved it...

In amsterdam rents are around EUR 1000 for a place like that, Also becasue I can arrange a parkingpermit with the house, and that's very hard in amsterdam

The neighbourhood is oke, it's calles amsterdam-west , near the big street "admiraal de ruiterweg" , its an oke area, lots of trams/busses to the center, 15 min on your bike to central station, 8 minutes to leidsesquare

That's the thing I don't like about being over there... everything is so fucking small and the steps are steep as hell. I'm a big guy and I'm always bumping shit when I'm indoors.

That is a cool pad though, I like the colors. I can't stand a plain apartment or house... gotta have COLOR!!!!!

Are short term rentals available....3-4 months. Could be a good base of coperations for summer U2 tour.
