Would you save me time pleeeease, and give me some suggestions of what you are advertising on you members areas. What works best for you?

Currently Im using clickcash and livejasmin for webcam section...
And leadingedgecash (penis pills)

we dont have any upsells.... why upsell if you can retain your member longer?
make sure they dont want something else.........

I have tried about every upsell on the market.. It seems like unless you are aggressive, most products don't sell.

I have had luck with very, very few. Upsell live shows make dick.

FastSize does well for us but we have big-dick sites
MallCom does well for us; we get a few sales every week.

A mild amount of upsells will not effect your retention. Never has or no program would use upsells.

We used to get a ton of complaints from our members about upsells, so we stopped 'em altogether. Our members, at least, didn't like them at all.

"What?? What kinda crap is this? I thought EVERYTHING was included for my $29.95!"

Years ago we tried a handful of different video feeds, all of which included upsells. We got far more negative feedback from our customers than we felt it was worth, so we opted instead of pay Homegrown Video a bandwidth fee and get their various feeds included in our members area. The members really dig it because it's a quality product and they don't feel like they're being hit up for more money once they've paid their membership dues.

In fact, we get a lot of people asking questions even before then join our site(s) whether or not EVERYTHING is included.

its not only for the member we are worried about. its about being clear and honest to our webmasters. We want webmasters to know we wont get more profit out of their sales than they get 50% off.

( not saying anyone who does offer upsells is not honest, its just our business model on this matter )

You guys have huge sites, I could see why people would ask that. Upsells from feeds we haven't ever had luck with anyway. We push FastSize and MallCom, I don't think we have ever had a complaint about either products, but we don't push them hard within that hard within our member areas.

Most upsell content sucks anyway.

I have seen some companies that have HUGE ad's right at the top of the member areas, and a mixture of buttons/banners, etc throughout the site that all offer some kind of upsell. I would think that would effect retention in some way.

We use pluginfeeds content and the VOD upsell which works good and no complaints either. The upsell is a single text link and only on the video playing page.

Well I know what you mean, but products like penis pills, faster download software, history clean software will not harm your sites, in fact they will be understand like tip to members.

Lets say you have Big Cock galleries, the perfect place to put your penis pills sponsors.

Never had any complaints either. Just make sure the content they're there for is priority #1 across the site. Don't force upsells on them and things should be fine. The right type of upsells, in the right type of places, will do good things to your bank account and won't affect member retention one bit.

Hey Doc, Fastsize converted terribly for me. I'm wondering, why do you choose to upsell Fastsize at $75 per sale, when you can upsell Mensniche at $150 per sale?

We don't send a huge amount of signups to fastsize but overall I'm at 1:20 with FastSize. It's only really pushed from our big-dick site, which is the smaller member base of our two sites. I have tried all the penis systems, I stick with fastsize because 1:20 at $75 a join is better than 1:500 at $150 a join.

I upsell anything thats within my niche that has a track record of high payouts.

You could create a co-branded webcam feeds site, so it looks like part of your own site, and then upsell the video chats that way. It's a softer sell, then. CLick Here to get started
