A few nice domains looking for a better owner! Please help to estimate
the market price or just buy it. I am sure that some of those names
have really great potential and can be used in several niches of adult biz.
I need money to invest in one project, so I am going to sell those great
domains, even though I had some ideas for them.
Domain list with approximate desired price in brackets:
PicLovers.com ($100-300)
PornSirens.com ($400-600)
Fuck-Them.com ($400-600)
SexPause.com ($400-600)

MaxGirls.com ($1500-2000)
SexRush.com ($2000-4000)
XnXnX.com ($1500-2000)

zXXX.com ($10,000) (ideal for adult mega-site, registered in 1999)
HQpictures.com ($6000)

If you devide ALL your set prices by 10 they would look reasonable

if I divide set prices by 10 - nothing will remain from the price:) Do you think those domains are useless. There are thousands of adult sites which could do much better under one of those domains.

Well to be honest, I don't think you're going to make many sales with these prices. :winkwink:

For example, XnXnX.com you list between $1500-2000, but this sequence of letters is available to register in every other TLD that exists. Normally that should be an indicator of the demand for such a domain name. Absent any traffic, backlinks, or highly searched keyword(s), there is no reason to buy such a name for thousands of dollars when so many alternatives exist for a mere registration fee.

They are your domains, and you can assess any value/sales price you want - but it's highly unlike you will be able to unload them unless the asking prices converge with the reality of the marketplace. You can always place for them for sale/auction here or at a site like ebay/afternic/sedo and see what kind of interest you get. That's the eaisest way to see what someone is willing to pay for your domains today.

paxton: yes, given prices are subjective. I never tried to sell these domains before, so can't know the demand on them. That's the reason, why I posted this offer here: to sell or to find out the real price.

There are very-very small amount of domains which can get visitors without advertising at all : sex.com, xxx.com ... But all others are nothing else, but promoted brands. So when I think about quality of a domain, I consider the following parameters:
1. .com TLD (or both .com and .net TLDs) if you plan to create worldwide popular site
2. How easily can be remebered the name
3. How well can domain be integrated with idea and design of the site
4. length of name
5. Does this domain suit for a Brand name
6. Is it better than competitors have?

Or am I missing something?! Are there a lot of domains, people just typein.com? I saw adult domains selling for 50-100K, and it wasn't sex.com. To my mind, those names, which I try to sell are better than many most popular XXX sites have. Use one of them, make good product and strong promo and you will get a resource with brand name, which will earn you money for years. Of course, domain is a small part of a successful site, but finally it is main identity of your work and invested money...

Therefore unless those domains come with promoted brands, they are not worth anything near that, I wouldn't even hang reg them for $9. Case closed.
