So how many people out of 100 that smokes get cancer? Like 10-20% of something??

so that means that when you somek you have 2200 times more chance to get lung cancer

if you are male and you smoke you have a bout 40% chance to develop lungcancer (understand well: not 40% dies of lung cancer but post mortem they find in 40% lung cancer!)

I think it's more than 28%. coz there is no such thing as smoke moderately.

It's hard to say because Anti-smoking groups have done much to skew the numbers for example if you die of lung cancer it's classified as smoking related death, even if you don't smoke and work in coal mine... :pimp
