Anyone know how Paypal Chargebacks Work?

Just rceived a chargeback on my Paypal account for £50 from someone that purchased something off me last year for £50 and now the transaction has been reversed, so Im -50 and the customer has the goods... What the Fuck

Has this happened to you before?
