For women, sex is in their head. I have no problem with orgasms, as long as im into the guy :-)

Encourage her to explore on her own. If she can make herself cum, then you can. If she cant, then take her to a doctor to see if there is anything physical wrong with her. If there isnt, its in her head, and she probably would need counseling to get over it.

Yup, I very rarely cum the first time I am with a partner because I can't if I am not that comfortable with a partner. Once I am comfortable I cum very strongly, etc but it is all about where my head is at.
