Epass is getting on my fuckin nerves
 

So i try logging in yesterday morning.

Wrong pass. Odd but okay, i get send to the Forgot Pass page.
It asks me for my user id and answer to security quetion.

This is the question

Thats it. Its blank. I guess i dont have a question on my account.

Hmmm....

I go to mail.epassporte.com and log in with my user id and same pass that i tried to get into my accout.

Guess what? It logs me in....
OKay so i send them an email explaining my situation.

Three hours later. They tell me to answer my security question

I email them saying i dont have one.

5 hours later they email me saying that i should call them

A few calls and they cant do shit. I get restless and quit

I try logging in today using the same user id and pass
Guess what? It logs me in....

Yea the fuck your clients bug.

Change your address in the account to their address. Then when you call they bend over backwards thinking you are a manager of something. Works with banks and credit cards too.

I finaly got my problems sorted out today. Not sure what is going on over there but there seems to be a bit of confusion amongst the call center staff.

I am crossing my fingers everything stays solid from here on out.

So when they realize im using a fake address and they close my account? Great idea brro.

Yeah, it sucks trying to call them too... always the busy signal...

?? if you stay online you can enter your phone number and they call you back when an operator is free, its all automated so the support staff doesnt even dial your number the computer does..

I'm not denying what you said here didn't happen, but I'm not sure how your login for email would work but you couldn't access the site. That really makes no sense. The login is the same. Even if your account was temporarily suspended, you would still be able to login to the website to see your balance and transaction history.

If you want to send me your ePassporte username I'll see if I can find out why this happened.

i have had it happen the opposite way , could login , but would not login the email , but i waited a day and it worked fine again

I've never had a problem with them although I havent been using them very long.
