Looks tempting but you probbaly get stiffed on the rent and have to spend so much in repairs that it isn't worth it. I have a friend that rented to some scumbags that left their cat behind to starve jsut so it would pis all over his carpet. He had to replace it all....

i usually leave the cat in the oven
