i had registered it yesterday and posted it by accident right afterwards... and i guess someones registrar was faster then mine and jacked it, but was nice enough to give it back :)

You should be find with that domain as long as it has nothing to do with AOL. IF it does and their lawyers notice, they will not hesitate to take the domain away from you.

You don't wanna go thru all the work of getting the shit going good and then AOL get bored and bring ya to court over a domain...

Who knows if they can...But are you gonna battle them in court if they feel like taking the domain?

Lol, of course they can. AOL owns many trademarks, including "AOL" and "America Online".

As long as the domain has nothing to do with America Online, you should be fine.

maybe a lawsuit would bring publicity, but you think i would lose in the end? ... for just having the domain www.aolol.com ??

so if someone else has the domain www.aoltrf.com they can sure them too ?
