Me and my friend can make $3000-4000 each month and absolutely No CHEAT . But why they not let us in their Program ?

Try to e-mail sponsors. If some other sponsor can say you're honest, you're ok. I talked with TopBucks, and they accept me.

yeah that sucks...Israel is banned in a lot of sponsors too...

You are the only 1% honest webmaster from that country. Other 99% are a true cheater. And they cheat everything they can imagine.
I don't think ARS will allow you promoting them just because of you can promote topbucks and make some money.

Good country, but very bad people.

If you can prove that you have a 'good relationship' with your current sponsors, and prove that you can earn $3000+ per period (anything less isn't really worth it for them...) then many persignup programs will make special provisions for you. Why lose a good webmaster?

If you don't have a Social Security number then sponsors won't send your checks to any address in the US. My advise? try getting a "Mail boxes Etc" address in Canada www.mbe.ca http://bbs.gofuckyourself.net/board/smile.gif
