In my neighborhood, $870,000 and up.
The county as a whole, $450,000 and up. |
Downtown Milwaukee=$90k-$120k is the average
Suburbs (where i live)=they dont start under $200k, and thats just for a 2-bedroom ranch. for an actual house, you're lookin at $300k easily. |
110k is adverage arond here
|
Depends on what you are looking for here. They go anywhere from 100k to 10mil.
|
most houses are 100-150k here. Haven't found anything I like though. There are a couple that are at 400k but that is too much for me right now.

$1.3 Million will buy you a 15 year old fixer-upper here in Maui.
$800k will get you a decent 1000sqft condo. |
Nice house in Dallas, $250-300k. Mansion, $1million and up.
|
You can't buy a fucking descent house from here for around $500K. Isn't that sad. I guess got to move to Iowa or Idaho :(
|
Suburban Portland west hills, $490,000 for 3000 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 3 car garage, 2 stories, + upgrades (granite, hardwood, wetbar, jacuzzi).
Same house in California I am told would be easily six figures. :upsidedow |

well, IF your business is web marketing, and IF you have good connectivity, the world is your oyster.
there are places in the world where you can own property for a few hundred thousand that would cost 10-20 million in california. and the sun shines and sets, just like it does in the good 'ol USA :) |
a small house here will cost you a minimum of a couple million. a nice condo you're looking at 1 M absolute minimum.

I paid $315k for 1200 sq ft in SD. And I got a fucking raging deal.

you can't get anything for under 300k these days and in the next town over it's even worse seen some 2 bedrooms for 800k
|
The wife and I are planning on building a home ourselves soon, hopefully to move into by the summer. Around here, the rule of thumb is $120 per sq.ft.
|
Hilarious, my house is 1,400 sq. ft. and is worth 1.1 million here in Newport Beach. My lot is just shy of 10k sq. ft. :rasta
