Studio Space Needed
 

Hi All,
I'm looking for around 5k sq. ft. of studio space for adult production in the San Fernando Valley. Does anyone have available space for sub-lease or contacts that are up to speed with adult zoning requirements. I've been going through a commercial broker in L.A. but he's not familiar with the adult biz.
