Mardi Gras - San Diego.. anyone going?
 

Anyone going to the mardi gras down in the gaslamp in san diego? I live in that area so was wondering if anyone wanted to get together before.

I have been to N.O mardi gras a few times about 6 years ago have some nice footage but nothing I can ever post..

I've been to the one in SD twice now. It is so lame, seriously. Don't waste your money. They actually charge you to get in!

i live on the block where its going to happen, im not gonna sit at home and listen to the crowds from my loft.. maybe bring the girls to my loft for some photo ops :)

I haven't checked out the San Diego mardi gras yet. I might go if i can get some free tickets, but it probably won't be worth my driving down there.

Unless there's a photo shoot with Big E, Gateway AND Yanks Todd.

That might get me interested. :P

I am sort of curious how they are going to enforce the camera thing.

I live on 5th ave inside the zone.. I don't think they can stop me from taking pictures from my window :)

I'll be bouncing around somewhere out there. Probably go over to Patricks II for a while. I'd be up for a beer somewhere.

ever since it has been fenced in it has sucked. Plus they arrest you real quick if they see boobs :mad: that and the no camera thing sucks major ass.

Before they did all this it was cool, lots and lots of peep and lots of boobs... those were the good 'ol days

I was talking to a bar owner down there last night. He said he was somewhat glad that they were charging to get in because it used to be tons of wasted underage kids. Said he saw a riot starting to break out on F Street a few years ago.

They arrest you for boobs? What is Mardi Gras without boobs!
