This Super Bowl had some shitty commercials
 

I think that over all this Super Bowl sucked ass... Shitty commercials, shitty half time show, shitty pregame show and a shitty post game show. The play sucked. I felt like I was watching the Lakers (without Kobe (or Shaq)) play New England.

The halftime show with Paul McCartney was pretty good. More than half his number comprised of Beatles' hits. Good stuff!

The halftime show sucked big fat donkey balls, how orginal of him to slaughter some beatles songs...

The game was kick ass though.. and someone please post some links to the halftime commercials as we europeans dont get to see them :D

and anyone is surprised by this? when the FTC wakes up to the 21st century is when we will see some normalcy.

I fell asleep even before it got to half-time...

Right and then it died right after that. I was fighting off sleap in the second half and fell asleep twice in the fourth quarter.

the comemrcials were horrible, i'm in Canada and we get our own, and they were so bad, none were even knew, everything had been airing for weeks.

I thought "Baby You Can Drive My Car" and "Get Back" very nicely captured the spirit of the originals. Live and Let Die is always an awesome song, never seen him do it when it wasn't. I would have rathered he picked a number of other songs over "Hey Jude" but it's the big crowd pleaser. I'm glad he did the old songs rather than be there trying to plug a new CD.:thumbsup

I was watching a Canadian feed for the first couple of breaks until I realized they weren't running the corporate commercials but Canadian ones. You guys did get gyped, those commercials could have been running during repeats of Andy Griffith:upsidedow I compared the 2 and there were several times where Canada was running commercials while the US was covering something going on at the game.
