Yeh, I have a 23" 2335 ... I'm loosing my eyesight each and every day (little by little) :(
I would downgrade back to a CRT, but once you go big ... you cant go back.

How does a bigger screen afffect your eyesight..? isnt it the contrary... the bigger it is.. the farther you are away from the screen.. which should be better..?

Overall, Yes.
But I've been doing alot of textual page work, and looking at text and code for extended periods ... really does puts a strain on your eyes. :(

I'm a nighttime guy too, so the random light level changes probably fucks with my eyes as well. :helpme

Nice, i'm considering getting rid of my 17'' TFT and getting a bigger one real soon...the extra work space will help so much.

Wait till you get a third.

I thought it would be overkill coming from having 2 forever... woo I was wrong :thumbsup

:warning I think the next logical step would be 3 more on top to monitor various network activity stuff. :warning :)

Scott McD 02-07-2005 08:10 AM

Not bad at all...

goBigtime 02-07-2005 08:14 AM

Using something like this to mount your LCD's to...

from www.ergotron.com

I have the one that mounts 3 across, but they are somewhat expandable.

Congrats on the monitor. I've got the same thing, but the black version VP201b. I've had it for 8 months now and I love it. The colors really stand out, it's beautiful. It did take a little time to get to get used to the aspect ratio, but now it's not a problem :)

try 3 21" monitors (tube) these things are freaking huge, but I can do 2048x1536 :)

dready 02-07-2005 08:49 AM

I just got a pair of Samsung 710T's 17" TFT to replace my 19" Viewsonic CRT... loving it!

EROTEEK 02-07-2005 09:15 AM

...hmmm, maybe i should upgrade my 24 inch SONY CRT to an LCD? alas... no one other than the new Apple LCD's convinced me for photo and video stuff...yeah...and i like it big...;o)

sickkittens 02-07-2005 09:19 AM
