...I'm sure that people will claim that it's the United States fault for saying they couldn't have them. It's quite similar to the idea that drinking laws promote drinking, but on a nuclear level rather than an underaged drinking party.

I think most Americans are used to the fact that when anything bad happens anywhere in the world for any reason, we will be blamed.
