Question For TGP owners

I am thinking about getting into writing a new TGP script. My thought is to combine perl and a little php to ease the server load. The features I was thinking about was writing the script so that when a url is submitted the script will parse the page to verify that there are not any mouseovers popups and such check the number of images on the page. Then send the url and the e-mail address of the poster to a central server to do a black list check. Once the post clears the black list check it will stored on the server for review. Then a confirmation e-mail sent. During review the reviewer will have the option of rejecting the post for various reason. accepting the post. If the reviewer wishes the url or poster be blacklisted the script will send a blacklist request to the centeral server with the reason for the black list. Before being added to the black list the url or e-mail would have to be review by other tgp owners. (to prevent an I am mad at you blacklisting). Next each days approved post will be stored in a file, one file for each day of the week times the number of catagories. (i know a lot of files) the files will be written so that a simple php or ssi command can load the links to a page so that the tgp owners only have to create their base pages with the ssi or php commands inserted in the page. Each tgp could chose for 1 - 7 days worth of post.

ok ok it was a long post if you have thoughts post them please

Sounds like a nice script. Don't want to sound mean, but it won't be the first like it. X-3 Admin Pro was the first killer admin script, then Sonic came out with his, and now there is Brownie. One more superscript won't hurt the market. There are more TGPs than Carter has LiverPills, so you have a huge potential client base.
