Another website has taken the liberty to post images that I have personally taken to promote talent that I manage without my permission......how should I tactfully respond?

Are they helping you? I see this......

images - I took - promote - talent - I manage

What am I missing?

Normally I send an email to the webmaster as well as to the email address listed in whois telling them to remove the pics. If they don't reply within a day or two and remove the images, then you can notify their host as well as threaten legal action.

No they are doing what I do as well....promoting talent, However as a "new" company they most likely don?t have any. So they have placed photos that I have taken of the models that have signed on with me. I am sure a WHOIS and a cease and desist letter to them would do the trick....but I was looking at another option.

A cease and desist should do just fine.
