Ostrich is good eating. Be it a burger or steak, I think it's great.

Yeah, they sell burgers, sausages, fillet, you name it....
I'm going to give it try and if I like it, I'll buy some fillet or burgers next time ;)

It was quite good actually, didn't BBQ it though, got hungry and stuck it in the oven ;)

I liked ostrich. I ate ostrich pizza once. Tastes like turkey, but a lot more dry.

I haven't had it in sausage but I have had it various other ways and liked it. I would eat it reguarlly if there was an easy and fairly inexpensive way to get it in London.

I make home-made beef jerky from ostrich meat on a regular basis. It tastes amazing :thumbsup
