WTH is this?.... I cant see any page on a subdomain

Its really odd.......

Any pages on a subdomain come up as not available. Its not the browser I have tried with FF and IE

Its not the ISP, I have tried 2

Even if an image is on a subdomain it wont show

HELP!! I just cant think of anything that would do this....

Juicy D. Links 02-05-2005 09:23 AM

check the dns configuration

Juicy D. Links 02-05-2005 09:23 AM

and how did you make the subdomain?
via a control panel like cpanel , or manually?

Juicy D. Links 02-05-2005 09:24 AM

post the link here if you can

ipconfig/flushdns try that might be just on your end but i suspect its a DNS issue when it was setup

This happened to me on a laptop using a docking station behind a router a fairly long time ago... I just deleted my internet connection and readded it and that fixed it. Wish I could give a more technical answer, but I can't :P

Possibly spyware? I had something on an old pc where I couldn't access anything withouth typing in the full http://www. but in that case I got redirected to a search 404 page.

I got this fixed, you could have a similar problem.

It turns out the DNS client was enabled when I upgraded from XP Home To Pro

Hope that helps you out as well
