Square rolex watch
found this online.
http://swissluxury.com/product_images/4320.jpg it's a real rolex - worth about $8K I like it a lot. also like this one http://swissluxury.com/product_images/5240.6.jpg about $8K as well - and really like..... soooooooo much nicer than the old style bulky standard justdate or day/date rolex watches. |
I like the square one better, different than most rolex's and looks really nice.

so witch one of you are gonna buy it and hand me down your old rolex ? ;)

there's something to be said about the power rolex has - seriously - everyone - EVERYONE knows it's expensive. I don't like the justdate and day dates though - feel like a drug dealer with them - some of these are nice though!!!!!!! and still have the power of being a rolex |
Show us some pussy please

something i would see on like a 75 year old homeless man |
you like these because of the name and price, or do you have some real watch knowledge?
|

I'd be happy paying $20 for one. I don't like fake things or stolen things though. |

The black faced Cellenium (the second pic in your first post is a Cellenium) is probably one of the nicest looking rolexes i've seen. It's very subtle. But hey, you can get something that looks just as nice and works just as well for 1/10th of the price.

Or let me say when it comes to watches which I think I know a pretty good bit about, not more than an expert for sure. I think get what you like the look of the most unless you know a lot about watches and then get what you like as far as collectible in movements, styles and whatever else suits you.

Ballers wear Rolex, Jacob & Co., Vacheron Constantine, IceTek, Tag, Breitleig, Technomarine and customs by Jacob the Jeweler of Jacob and Co.
:-) I love Jacob and Company watches the most. See mine here: http://www.splitinfinity.com/internext/P1010005.jpg http://www.splitinfinity.com/internext/P1010018.jpg |

:-) I love Jacob and Company watches the most. See mine here: QUOTE] Everything you named are junk except Breitling... you are basing your knowledge of a good watch by those worthless rappers and sports players wear... those are shit next to what real ballers wear. IWC, pateke phillipe, franck muller, audama pigue, Ulysses nardin, these are TRUE 'ballers' wathces, those morons who wear jacob and shit don't know what a true watch is, the art, craftmanship, movement..etc :2 cents: |

I like Jacobs because they are bigger than an average watch.. And being a bigger person myself, it looks good on me.
Regarding Jacobs being junk, that is simply not true.... Jacob was awarded with praise in many regards... September 3, 2003 JACOB & Co. Watches becomes a member of the American Watch Guild July 15, 2003 Concours d'Elegance Ja International Jewelry Show, New York JACOB & Co. Watches receives First Place Award "Diamonds & Gold" http://www.jacobandco.com/images/pr/..._april04_l.gif Patek Phillipe is nice! Vacheron Constantine is NOT junk dude.... uhm they are like very well regarded. IceTek is made by the makers of Patek Phillipe and Franck Muller is nice too.... Actually, Franck pretty much set the path for todays current watch trends with his crazy fonts and faces and etc.... You can see it in Michele watches for women, same style.... Bvargi (i am messing up the spelling I am sure) always bites his style as do others. Now, sorry though, I must say that although the brands you state are "Real ballers' watches.... I tend to disagree because they tend to be older mans watches... I like Rolex, it has a classic style to it... Patek Philippe is nice and classy, when you are wearing a suit or someting perhaps, but I find it better suited for my dad.... not me. It all comes down to personal preference I think. And by using the word baller, I was referring to hip urbanites with cash to spend. Not Hugh Hefner or David Letterman. (examples) En Vogue/etc. I typed the above fast... dont take any of it offensively.... im tired and trying to get my .02cents in about my preferences, thats all. Everyone is different. |

I guess your knowledge of wathes only streches as far as fashion. Vacheron Constantine is one of the top brands in the world along with Patek Philippe. While Breitlings are good, they should not be mentioned in the same breath with the former two, or with any of the wathches named in this thread :2 cents: |
Personally I only mention Breitlig because they have come a long way in the past 1 year, prior to that, I think they were alright at best.... However, their new designs and recognition has gained some new respect.
|
Better get a IWC, Patek Phillipe or a Vacheron or another watch that does have style
|
I don't really like watches with metal straps. I like the leather ones!
I recently picked up a Xezo Maestro. Made by a revatively young watch company from Texas. It's a reasonably priced watch ($600) for the quality you get (automatic swiss movement, 17 jewels, gold/sterling silver casing, limited edition). Here are some pics: http://www.xezo.com/item_display.asp...79G36G_Maestro http://www.xezo.com/ftp/pictures/Maest_G_Fr_Main.jpg S. |
There is a reason they are so cheap.

Last time I had a watch I was in public school. I was big pimpin with the calc watch with those loud, annoying hourly alarm tones, a favourite of school teachers and math cheats everwhere. http://pocketcalculatorshow.com/fors...cecalc-big.jpg |
nice watches!!!;)

Panerai's are the new status symbol here in Sfla. They are goregous watches and very well made.

i dont really dig those square rolexes, i like the other models better this one is very cool: http://www.swissluxury.com/product_images/16613ser.jpg right now i got a premium replica of this one (cant afford a real one yet haha): http://www.swissluxury.com/product_images/16610.jpg i like breitlings too, also with steel or steel/gold bracelet. |
I am a steel guy, I have 2 rolexes and a Panerai.
Explorer II in white - my b-day present to myself at 25 Platinum yachtmaster with platinum face as well - my bday present to myself at 30 The Panerais are sick too, I got the Luminor GMT collectors one with the orange band and I love it. http://www.panerai.com/s_home.xpd I am not a diamond or gold guy, I think that is just overkill. The reason I buy rolexes is that because I can attitude, coming up I had nothing and looked at rolexes as unreachable so it is I guess I can admit an immature pat on the pat for myself that I have stepped up. I encourage you all to get a Panerai though, great tradition of watchmakers and a great watch. |
very nice
