You are talking about the same iBill?? :-) These are people who, - forgetting they may allegedly have little funds, - have never paid a number of webmasters long before any problem time and have lied consistantly since then. They can't be trusted with money.

I sure ain't hitting them because they *may* have no money. I am hitting them for the money they continually collect, but never pay out. I'm also hitting them because I know they are crooks and have lied. I'm also hitting them because no other person or organization is responsible for their position, but them. They are incompetent.
