Overture DTC Down?

I'm trying to login to my accounts and I keep getting DNS errors or can't hit the site. Is it down for you too or is Overture banning my IP?

What was really irritating me is that my CC has been maxed for 3 days (waiting for bank to clear the funds transfer) and I go to add funds and now I can't because the DTC is down. This blows, looks like my accounts are going to run out of funds now :(
