Is there a way to make more money with refinance leads apart from selling them for like $15-20 a pop..

Maybe sell them directly to lenders?? or what??

Chase up the leads your self via phone, etc, and than we you secure a deal get a referral fee from the lender you give the guy to. I think that's how they do it, it would be more money for you, but also more work, and if you don't know how to close a deal you'd be wasting your time.

if they are exclusive leads, you can probably sell them for up to $50 each if you do the sale by yourself.

another option would be to find a friend who is a mortgage broker and just work off a % of their commission for closing loans. i'm setting up my own mortgage brokerage and working a deal like that with my friend who will work there full time.
