My New Diet??? any thoughts...Atkins vs. South Beach
 
I was thinking traditional diets...then Atkins or South Beach something like that....then I thought maybe something completely different.......


McDonalds (super size me diet) or Alcoholic (Leaving Las Vegas Diet)

So all knowledgeable GYF?ers please advise?.

I tried the South Beach diet. It fucking sucked. Trying to find and eat foods with no carbs is retarded. Just go low carb and exercise a little and you'll be fine. Sensible eating, no excess alcohol, a little exercise and you're golden.

ignore all of the diets you mentioned, listen to psili. A well rounded diet is much better, that includes plenty of veggies and high-protien options. Stay away from bread excessively, if you are looking for a great short term diet to lose fat% check out the following from ColetteX.. works awesome ;)

fuck those stupid diets youll gain all your weight back and more -

because on those diets your not eating normally.

if your a guy around 5' 10" to 6 ft you caloric intake should be 2000 per day.

fuck counting the fat content, the carb or protein content, fuck the pills and all that other bullshit.. just count the calories and dont go over 2000.

youll lose weight.

when you come to a point where your not losing weight, just walk around the block a few times everyday. or light exercise. or heavy. just do something physical for at least 20 min per day.

Here is how to lose MAD weight fast (I lost 70 in 8 months)

No sugar foods. If you know it has added sugar.. DON'T EAT IT!
No junk food. No chips no cookies... bye bye junk food.
ZERO fast food. NONE.
No excessive bread, potato or rice eating.
Lots of veggies
Plenty of protein (chicken and beef)
Salads are a GREAT meal, chickenceasars are filling and good for you.
Fruit

Eat healthy and you'll drop the weight in no time.
