Off the top of my head you can either set up a traffic trading script and get trades set up, email sites you know and ask for hard links or if you've got a bit of cash to spare you can buy it.

Try top lists too.

Hmm, looks as though search server is lagged or maybe it's just me but either way it won't load. There was a post around 3AM today with "feeder traffic" in the subject that had some great traffic resources.
