Experiences with MAS
 

I wanted to share same experiences that I had the last months with the Members area management system from Mansion Productions:

The product itself is amazing, tons of features, options and possibilities; it is a huge time saver for everybody that runs a paysite, if you run multiple paysites you can?t find a product on the market that can offer you the same as MAS does.

I asked for a couple things which I wanted to have included in the script, they found solutions for it and customized my script every time in one day after I asked for it.

Support: The biggest nightmare of every webmaster is having something go wrong with a script, a server related error or any problem and not being able to get in touch with somebody right away to fix it. The guys from Mansion Productions always took care of my problems within minutes.

Especially I would like to point out Ross, I don?t know when he sleeps but whenever I had a problem, no matter what time it was I was able to reach him and he took care of my problems within minutes.

We all know there's no such thing like a perfect software - that's why we are always here taking care of our customers, and trying to do our best for mutual satisfaction.

MAS does rule, we have been working with them for ages.. and they have top notch support.. why try to do it all your self when you can just have the software to it all for you.. no more hand building web pages and galleries.. this is a top notch program and the direction its heading in the future is gonna kick anyone elses ass!

We use MAS on www.relishxxx.tv and it rocks. We had alterations done to it and I have to say that Ross is great.

I would advise it to anyone. Takes a bit of getting used to but once you have mastered it you are then in control of the best CMS going!

Art, what you guys have managed to do and that anyone using MAS for their member sections will have is an award winning members areas that will definately help improve retention a lot.

For any affiliates sending traffic to programs should ensure that when sending to a rev-share program that the program use a state of the art CMS to keep retention as best as they can. :2 cents:

Nice informative post, thanks for sharing.

I'm pulling together a bunch of content and will soon re-launch my wife's amateur site, powered by MAS. Perhaps a much smaller operation than most users of this powerful software, I'm looking forward to the ease of 'daily updates' and other cutting edge features MAS allows.

Theres nothing worse than hand updating a site or trying to figure out which updates your surfers really like. MAS is awesome at automating all of this stuff, top notch software with great support gotta love it :)
