I do it during the day. Thats when all the honeys are there.
i work out at home, time varies every day
Once spring arrives I will be going for some early morning walks (as in 6 am), can't wait for this fucking cold weather to go away.
2am... The gym is empty and I have pretty free reign to use whatever weights I want. It's also a perfect time to hit the track.
i love midnight running
morning 6 to 8
I just started going about 3 weeks ago but I rather go in the morning when nobody else is there, they let me choose what music I want to listen to and they help me workout harder by doing it with me to modivate me more.

I like this better because the gym is less crowded and it's 1 less thing that I have to do at night |
6:30 pm 4 days a week...if I only made three mon- friday i work out on sat around 11am
day or early night. Never in the morning.
When I lived in NYC I'd go to Crunch at 4am after drinking all night, boy that was a hoot.
Now I get up early and run, gives me good energy for the day. |

I hit the gym in the morning about 4-5 days a week :thumbsup
I like to work out anytime of day. Alternating between yoga, pilates, and tae bo keeps it from getting too boring.
They say it's best to work out between 4 and 8 in the afternoon cause your body is most relaxed. If it's too early in the morning you freak your body out. |
Morning, 7am. Best way to start the day.
Wake up, ride my bike for 45 mins low intensity.
Eat breaky and get to work. Lift in the evening 3x a week, around 8-9pm. Weights take me about 45 mins as well. Including a 5 min warmup and 10 min cooldown and stretch. Dropped from 208lbs to 174lbs now. 13% bf still. Not happy yet. |
Since im cutting...
Wake up >> 45min cardio >> 1 scoup whey with water >> then breakfast 2 hrs or so after dinner >> lift hard >> eat again |
cardio in morning, weights at night :) works great
Cardio & weights at the gym at 10 am on an empty stomach usually to start my day, M-W-F, sometimes Saturday too.
Preferably in the a.m. This is also the best time to work out cause your metabolism is going crazy. The best time to burn calories.
7 am i wake up and go for a walk around the block, then i go get some coffee and breakfest from mcdonalds. Back home at 7:30 am. 9 am i go to the upstairs bathroom instead of the one next to my computer. 12pm i go grab 2 big mac meals and 2 apple pies. At 4 pm i go shit out my breakfest and lunch and work up a good sweat by doing it. 6pm i grab some burger king and after im done i go in my hot tub for a swim. Go to bed at 9 pm.
