do we own it / license it?
can I use on multiple sites/domains that I own? unlimited use?
what about tech support? free for one year? annual fee?
extra licensing fees?

if we don't buy it, are you still considering/offering:
a monthly lease fee?
private-label revenue-sharing partnership deals?

if we do buy it, will you put the software/source in escrow so licensees/owners can access it if your company moves on to other ventures?

I checked out your site, is there more info/details? do you have a secure password protected site with more details for serious buyers?
