Was Customer Service Not a Factor...
 

When Matrix was voted best Content Provider? One of their "customer service" phone numbers is no longer in service, the other is never answered and if you leave message it is not returned. So goes for their email, never respond.

I guess Customer Service was not one of the criteria that needed to be met. Maybe they just based it on how much fucking coke they do.
