I just herd that porn makes more money than all the major movie studios do COMBINED
 

I heard that in 2004, PORN made more money than all the movie studios combined. And thats will all the blockbusters last year like The Passion, Spiderman2, Shrek2, Potter, etc etc.

Apart from net porn, there is a massive industry churning out 100's of new video titles weekly and publishing mags blah and these are sustained by a fairly large number of "adult stores" used to distribute the product.

Add to that cable channels etc.. many owned ultimately by "known" corps showing all this stuff.

Exactly..porn business aint most of the times about blockbusters but rather the shitload of content beeing feeded into the market...due to that it actually belive on such news..

The thing is that in the porn industry wealth is not distributed like in hollywood. In porn the the small group who own the rights to distribution make all the money in porn. In Hollywood actors makes millions per film and in porn actors make shit...

No surprise 9 out of 10 Hollywood movies cost more than they make.Even a blockbuster like Spiderman makes $300 mil and that seems like a lot but they spent $200 mil making it. The there's the $150 million movie that makes just $50 mil at the box office.
