Does UPS suck? How often do they update the tracking fields?

Just curious, someone bought a notebook at dell.nl

Now the track and trace system at UPS is not update for 23 hours. Is that normal? And no it's not in the fields flying to europe whatever:)

Why does dell use UPS anyway, and not fedex. Does dell use fedex in the US?

Dell uses DHL in Norway..

Yeah I like dhl too. For some reason UPS always bothers me. Slow, damaged boxes etc:-) But I'm pretty sure they are carefull with dell stuff, because it's proberly on of their bigger clients:)
