i tried to tip the brutha at Walmart the other day when he brought my loot out to the truck for me (broken hand).. and he refused it saying it was company policy. so i stuck it in his pocket and said i'd hurt him with my other hand if he tried to give it back.. he accepted.

Must suck to be a waiter in China. UNLESS of course, the "service charge" is already included in your bill. Supposedly, the service charge is split by the staff. At least that's how it's supposed to work.
