Myst 02-02-2005 06:37 PM

Bureau of Labor Statistics reports the average annual wages in the U.S. as $36,764 for 2002.

IRQ0 02-02-2005 10:17 PM

The overall average compensation is $59,932 CAD per year. That is equivalent to approximately $40,000 USD.

Alberta ($53,146 average CAD), British Columbia ($55,240 average CAD), and Ontario ($65,281 average CAD).

Thats about right for what I get at my day job although I often get upto $10K extra in expenses depending upon how much I am on the road.

Probably like $13k or some shit like that. Lots of people not making much more than minimum wage.

IRQ0 02-03-2005 12:20 AM

There are two low income brackets now. The lowest is up to apx $20K and the second is $20-35K. The money you make really depends upon the field you are in, your age and how lucky you are.

I would have to say that $55K+ is not a high number. Of the people I know from high school, 60% own a home and earn about the same amount as I do. 10% make stupid amounts of cash and one of those 2 people was the biggest nerd and most arrogant asshole you could ever meet who, I wish I was kidding, popped a lung and yet ended up dating a stupidly hot chick... WTF!!!!!!!!! My percentages are based upon the 20 people I still know of from highschool.
