Setting up NV LLC
 

What do most of you use for setting up Nevada LLC? If you live outside of NV can you have CA PO Box for business stuff?

Talk with your CPA before doing this if you live in the US. LLC's and Subchapter S corporations will rarely benefit financially from being in Nevada.
