I really think its time to sue Ibill
Tomorrow I'm going to contact the Florida AG's office for writing bad checks and I'm going to hire a lawyer in Florida and initiate a lawsuit against Ibill. I had 3 checks from them totalling over $12,000 bounce a few months ago (from a closed account), they told me to mail them back and they would issue repayment. After making copies of the checks I mailed them and still nothing. So I spoke to them on the phone and now they are telling me they will not reissue the checks until they get they get caught up on their payouts. I think we all know thats not going to happen. They also owe me another $21,000 in rebills that I have yet to see and probably never will if I sit and do nothing, so now its time to take action. Fuck if I'm going to let them take food out of my kids mouth.

I'm pretty much in the same situation and was thinking of doing the same. Let us know how it goes.

Luckily I'm not on that side if the biz, but I honestly can't believe everyone hasn't sued them already.
You guys are pretty forgiving :) |
With this kind of situation you can end up with nothing but a stack of legal bills.
You sue people and companies that HAVE money, not people and companies that are all fucked up like iBill apparently is. |

I know a few webmasters doing the same, - two with debts going back to around mid last year and some others less than that. The older debts really fall into the category of felony theft. One point to consider is... you may want to press for action asap, prior to the time when First Data are due to pay any funds. (Tho, by then, I doubt iBill will exist - but little doubt they are hoping for that day.) |

i am pretty sure that some have already started legal proceedings....you just don't hear about it, cause those people are told to keep quiet from their legal counsel....one thing that will quickly fuck up a lawsuit is running your mouth |

I'm happy to hear people are ready to stand up against what's been done

He got the balls... ThunderBalls! :batman |
The way I see it is Ibill obviously wants to stay in business or they would have filed already. So maybe a few lawsuits will light a fire under their ass.
