How would you make use of a new staff member
 

We have just taken on a new webmaster to help promotion of the site, so how would you guys best make use of an extra pair of hands

1) growing affiliate promotions
2) search engine optimization
3) link building with other sites
4) tgp postings

any other suggestions?
