DVD Shipment question
 

Question:
Is it allowed to send Adult DVD's from Europe to end users in all the states of the USA?

Is that allowed in all states ? Anybody having experiences with that?

If my memory serves me right I remember that in some states it's not allowed. (not sure wich ones though)

It's not so much the whole states it's counties in the states that are the problem. Gotta check on a case by case basis I believe.

I can't speak on the international aspect of your question, but note that some states and portions of various others, based on zipcode, are basically considered off-limits by many adult vendors and they won't ship there.

Instead of waiting for responses here, go to some websites that sell adult dvds and view their terms page to see what areas they don't ship to ... after checking some, you'll likely have much of the answer you're seeking.
