I discovered http://www.hush-hush.com a while back and have been following it for a little while. It clearly has underage girls and completely unauthorized content. Pre-teens are being recorded and resold for profit. I'm not familiar with Australian laws on adult content, but I'm pretty sure their disclaimer is bogus (it says that models only need to be over the age of 16).My question is: how come this site hasn't been shut down yet? What do you guys think?

Just get a shady host that wont shut you down and a shady cc processor and youre done :)

I'm not interested in following in their footsteps, I'm just curious as to why they're still around after all this time. They're host is RackSpace... not too shady at all.

Its not porn...a 16 yr old girl topless still isnt illegal.

Lots of countries allow for models that are 16 to poss topless and for those under 18 to pose nude. Will take a stab in the dark about the site since I am not going to visit, but guessing its a nude only site that uses such laws.

Are you saying they're only getting topless? I bet a lot more goes on in the member's area.

Even so, the content is taken from screencaps. Are random cam girls at risk for being capped and resold legally?

it doesnt look bad to me , i didnt browse to deep , but it looks like people submit their own pictures to get free memberships to the site. and it clearly states the girls must be of legal age to send in pics ?

I have no idea if its random girls, or if they are as "random" as your bangbus model. Then if its cam girls, what site is running an underage cam network for them to be stealing from? Or are you saying they cruise free cam areas like yahoo looking for underage camers then swipe the caps and use em?

I'm nearly certain that it isn't the girls submitting the photos themselves as much as it's people capping them. I've dealt with some camgirls that have seen themselves on the site without their permission.

That's exactly what I'm saying... and I'm certain it's true in atleast some of the cases.

hm i dont know... i just clicked the link but didnt really surfed the site... from the pics i saw my guess is some are younger then 18 but those girls werent nude...

its been shut down a couple times before. they have used apple cash's content before. many peoples cam content. they steal a lot of cam snaps.

im sure its one of those sites like fusker that claims every picture was submitted to them , and they will take the pics down if they are copyright..

If you look close they offer a free membership to the site if you submit pictures of "yourself".

So a surfer simply submits a few pics he finds and gets a membership. Im sure they dont even bother stealing them themselves.

yeah, it's true that australian laws only requires 16 years and older..
American's just have to stop themselves from paying for access there, since they're not allowed to view it! :)

But yeah, assuming that hush-hush was legally provided those pictures, it would be legal.. chances are they aren't authorized by the picture's true owners :)
