A good place to incorporate
Do you guys know of any places online to incorporate..
Regards snow |
Not online...Get it done here in sunny Wyoming...about the only thing this shit-hole has going for is that it's real corporation friendly.

|
http://www.incorporate.com is pretty good from what I hear.
|
definitely Nevada
|
Nevada is basically tax free. Theres no Corporate, Franchise, Stock Transfer, Inventory, Income, estate, inheritance tax at all. This is the only state like this.
And like tim said about getting a bearer corp, nevada is the only state that allows its corporations to use bearer stock certificates resulting in ultimate privacy, plus nevada's supreme court has consistently taken a strong stand to protect corporate privacy. |
Nevada is excellent...all my corps are set up in Nevada...
Wyoming isn't bad either... Wyoming isn't that much of a shithole...well if you enjoy getting drunk and driving farm machinery through your neighbor's yard (my fine for that was massive ;))) ------------------ Making Bank You'll Soon Find Out How Making Bank Plans To Pay An Honest $84 Per Trial Join Everday! Belize. Or get a BV if you dont mind spending the money. http://www.ocra.com/ is a class act. Get a corp and a bank account with very little hassle. Do not mention porn to them however. |
Nevada.
Im INC-ed in Nevada as well. |
All conversioncash checks get cut out of CarsonCity if that gives you any indication where we like to reside...
They also have some AMAZING privacy laws in nevada. |
Hey,
How would you go about incorporating a company in the US, say Nevada http://bbs.gofuckyourself.net/board/biggrin.gif, while not being a US citizen? Cheers |
Same question, what about delaware?
I'd probably go for a Canadian one to save myself some troubles with the gov. though. |
