    Married Filing Joint
    If your filing status is Married Filing Joint, you may make a full Roth IRA contribution if your adjusted gross income is less than $150,000. If your adjusted gross income is less than $160,000 you may make a reduced contribution.

    If your income is higher than $160,000, you?re out of luck ? you can?t make a Roth IRA contribution.
    as an aside i chuckled slightly at the "out of luck" bit

    whoever typed that must be angsty at the 160k+ers because they only make 9.50 an hour typing stupid web pages
