TGP traffic -->useless?

hi,

I am a newbie and I don't know much about promoting adult websites. I do know that TGP can generate a heck of a lot traffic. I use thehun for now and I generally get 40k/day. My click,signup ratio are extremly low. I get less than 500clicks from 40k visitors.

Please tell me how to improve this. Your thoughts and stats are REALLY appreciated!

Seriously though..you have to look at it this way:

1. The only thing those 500 clicks cost you is time. So spend more time = get more money.
2. Try different sponsors. Some people listed on thehun can get up to 15 sign ups their first day. (give us a sample gallery so we can tear it up for you http://bbs.gofuckyourself.net/board/wink.gif)
3. Make a main site..replace one of your ads in a gallery with a link to your site..set up some trades.
4. Submit your site to as many SE's by hand as you can.
5. Submit your galleries to as many TGP's as you can. Not just thehun. Many smaller tgp's (like mine) give less traffic but can be more productive.
6. Try building AVS sites.
7. Never give up..never surrender.

anyway, i didn't submit that to thehun because it's shit. but that's what my galleries will look like. I don't know why you guys are saying "fake thumb", do u mean those thumbs from the big banner? Those are the ones from ARS. They are parts of the banner.

Shen, go back to the huun, and start studying how galleries look. If you can get posted there, you can get posted anywhere. His rules are straight forward.

Then do like Stangster said, put 'em on one site, and promote it as a free site.

In your galleries hard link back to your free site. Then set up a trade script.

Turn those crap surfers, into quality surfers (weather they like it or not).

For a year ago I also thought TGP-traffic was useless, got some galleries listed but never got any signups. Now the TGP-traffic can be really great if you know how to convert it and build good galleries!

I get about 1:500 with TGP traffic. Some people do better...a lot of people do worse...it's all in the sponsor, gallery design, host, and method of submission.
