platinumstages order
 

so back in the first part of november i order a stage from the UK fullfillment house of http://www.platinumstages.com , they say i should have it by the first week of december... then new years, then middle of january (im calling weekly) now they're saying 2-3 weeks from today. everytime its an excuse about shipping some container to the UK, bad weather delaying the ship (delaying the ship 2 months+ , what is it the mayflower?) then customs for weeks, and at no point can i get any kind of tracking. now its 3 months from the order. ive been charged the full price at the time of my order in november, and still no stage..

does anyone have experience in this company? or anyone from europe specifically? have you gotten yours? same delaying?

i dont want to think im getting ripped off here, maybe they were just too eager to take european orders before they were really ready. but three months has me worried. and its pretty expensive to be expected to wait this long for some pipes.
