Contact Yahoo with the url to photo album and give them some proof that the images are copyrighted, they will delete that user.

I'll take care of them for you, will send this message over Yahoo messenger to the person who created the gallery using my fake yahoo admin account. I've got all the lingo down and can usually put a enough fear in them to take them down.
