I personnally think that is a fake picture, look at the second picture, how the last couple of trees have no leaves at all, but the first two have icicles as if they were on those leaves, also, looks like the toronto cnn tower in the back... Also on the bridge, the icicles are so long, it would be hard for them to be that long...
