Has anyone ever successfully contacted ClickCash?
 
Last Friday I got an email from ClickCash that my account was frozen, something about my tax ID. So I wrote them back immediately with the information they asked for. I also wrote them the next day. As of yet, I have not heard back from them. They owe me something over $700. I need an email address or contact information for someone there who actually responds. Help me out, please.

Thanks. Where is their phone number listed? I loaded up ClickCash.com but I didn't see it immediately. Maybe I just missed it. I will email Stacy tonight.

dude if they sent you an email - follow the instructions in the email

if they took the time to send you that email trust me they dont plan on scamming you

if you have sent it in - send them a gentle reminder saying you have done so - email does get lost.

i think you will get your cash - i know its a hassle man - i wish you good luck :)

I didn't use the word scam. I don't think I am being scammed. I just think that, like any major business, there is usually a quicker way to get things done than the first option they present you with. Since I've emailed them twice since Friday and not heard back, I decided to look for that alternate route. Due to recent events in my life, I am suddenly in a position where $700 is a significant amount of money to me and I didn't want to spend weeks chasing my tail.
