On-line LLC?
 

Trying to find a place online to set up an LLC. Anyone know of any good places?

Are you sure a LLC is right for you? I had a tax lawyer help me out. He told me which setup was right for what I wanted and then did all the work. I think the final bill was somewhere between $500 and $700.

Zoe...I'm not sure what you are up to but most people use online corporate set up sites to do LLC or whatever in NV or DE. You live in NV so that kinda defeats the purpose there.

A local LLC is a simple thing in most areas and there really is no reason to pay that much more to have them do it.

If you want to set up a NV LLC...I suggest you do it yourself. The Secretary of State has everything you need online.
